Inspiration The growing demand for online shopping and the success of platforms like Amazon and Etsy inspired us to create a multi-vendor e-commerce system that empowers local and small-scale businesses to sell their products online under one roof without requiring individual stores.
What it does This system allows multiple vendors to register, list their products, manage orders, and track earnings, while customers can browse, search, and purchase from a wide range of vendors in a single platform. Admins have full control over vendor approvals, product management, and transaction tracking.
How we built it We developed the platform using:
Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap
Backend: PHP with Laravel
Database: MySQL
Authentication: Role-based login for Admin, Vendor, and Customer
Payment Integration: Stripe and PayPal sandbox
Hosting: Deployed using cPanel on a shared hosting environment
