problem statement: In these recent times, people are really interested in helping and giving back to the community, but they feel that will this help really reach the needy people? Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in under-developed countries are receiving funds from donor agencies for various purposes, including relief from natural disasters and other emergencies, promoting education, women empowerment, economic development, and many more. Some donor agencies have lost their trust in NGOs in under-developed countries, as some NGOs have been involved in the misuse of funds This is evident from irregularities in the records. For instance, in education funds, on some occasions, the same student has appeared in the records of multiple NGOs as a beneficiary, when in fact, a maximum of one NGO could be paying for a particular beneficiary this makes many fraud transactions and causes the lost of more funds dur to illegal records. Therefore, the number of actual beneficiaries would be smaller than the number of claimed beneficiary So in such cases, we can make a transparent and genuine charity application that will prove helpful to the community.

solution: the above problem can be solved by developing transparent and genuine charity application based on block chain. The needy people would upload their data on the portal connected to the Blockchain system The community can access their data from the Blockchain and would be able to help them directly and safely. Implementation of this system would help in providing help to needy people and will ensure transparency in the transactions. It will be a pathway that connects NGOs as well as volunteers to the needy. The website will store all datas completely decentralized to enable direct communication between organization and donor. An application on flutter with XDC3DART SDK package and can also view the trust's exact location using Google map api . Wallet can also be integrated or a new wallet can also be created in it. Development of project will also involves node and solidity implementation.

WHAT WE DEVELOP: We will develop website where the NGO's that work on social welfare and need funds from people to help the poor selflessly can register using their organization details, their previous contributions, ongoing and future plans and what they are collecting funds for. These details will be stored transparently and safey in XDC network blockchain using smart contracts. The donors can check the complete organization details and donate the fund they wish using XDC pay, which will be directly sent to the organization wallet and transaction details will be transparently stored using blockchain. .
