Inspiration
I was inspired by the Agriculture system in our community.Majority of the community members rely on agriculture yet they still face problem related to market outreach.I am developing a solution where by farmers and buyers can sourcd markeets of their produce digitally and easily.Since there is a great improvement in digital access,many farmers have smartphones and they access internet but have not utilised them to solve their problems.We need farmers in our commmunity to use phones through our application access different agricultural services
What it does.
Muhoogo Agric app enable a farmer and a buyer to register and find markets for their produce simply by searching for the service or harvest they need(buyer) and the farmer can upload the products they have harvest for the buyers to see
How i built it
I built the app alongside codex AI agent,with python(using Flask framework),html,javascript,and css
Challenges i ran into
The challenge i faced, one was that i was limited to implement some features as the hackathons limitations,such as implementing gps map into the system, it kept this outside the scope
Accomplishments that i am proud of
I am happy that i can see a short working demo of my idea, hoping to improve it in future
