What it does
We have built a Streamlit app that allows users to load in a baseline and multiple samples, plot the samples against the baseline using Plotly, and batch download all of the figures. We have also included a bar graph that shows the mean squared error over critical sections of the graph so that users can better interpret where differences between the baseline and the sample are coming from.
