Mr. Agor used to conduct the interviews in the traditional style by calling the candidates to his office and interviewing them. This process was repetitive, boring and cumbersome. Mr. Agor had to spend hours and hours going through the resumes of the candidates, and then shortlisting the candidates and interview them. Then came the coronavirus pandemic and Mr Agor could no longer conduct the offline interviews. It was time for Mr Agor to mend his ways...

Then Mr. Agor got introduced to Agora.io, a superpower Real-Time Engagement technology platform. Mr Agor realized that he could use Agora for building an A.I powered platform where any number of candidates can join and give their interviews to an A.I powered interviewer who behaves like Mr. Agor and simulates the exact same experience through a powerful audio-video interview.

And thus was born the virtual Mr. Agor. The virtual Mr Agor invites applications from thousands of candidates and then interviews them. Each candidate is presented with a set of 8 different questions. While the candidate answers the questions, Mr Agor uses his A.I technologies of computer vision and natural language processing to grade the candidate for their confidence, and body language, and ensure that the candidate doesn't cheat.

Now the actual Mr. Agor has to only the interview the candidates who are already interviewed and selected by virtual Mr. Agor. Come the next pandemic, Mr. Agor has built a scalable and powerful way to easily find the best candidates for his company.

Mr Agor used the high-quality video and audio calls of Agora. His website was setup using the Web SDK of Agora which was easy to setup and even works in regions with low network reception. Mr Agor is now reaching out to corporations for using his product and will charge them for every candidate they hire.
