We’ve developed a new hybrid AI-VFX workflow that gives filmmakers complete creative control at every stage of production.

Using 4D Gaussian scanning, we capture actors’ full performances in motion—preserving every nuance, gesture, and expression with stunning precision. Real camera movements are transferred directly into the virtual environment, allowing the Director of Photography to stay fully involved on set and maintain authentic cinematic language.

Every angle, movement, and lighting setup remains editable—just like in a high-end VFX pipeline—bridging the gap between traditional filmmaking and AI-assisted creation.

What began as a simple, filmed table read with real actors was transformed into a fully realized cinematic sequence—while keeping the creative team in total control from start to finish.

This project stands as a proof of concept for the next generation of content creation, showing how AI can extend the power of filmmakers, enhance storytelling, and unlock high-production value even on smaller budgets.
