About My Movie Review Website:

This website is a platform where users can explore, rate, and review movies and TV shows. It features a dynamic search bar, detailed movie pages powered by the TMDb API, and a user-friendly review system that allows only logged-in users to post reviews. The site also includes sections like “What’s Popular,” “New Releases,” and “Popular Celebs,” along with filters for genres, ratings, and more. It's built using HTML, CSS, JavaScript for the frontend, and Python with MongoDB for the backend and user authentication.

My Inspiration:

The inspiration behind this project comes from my love for movies and my interest in platforms like IMDb. I wanted to build a personalized version that not only displays movie data automatically but also allows users to interact with content through ratings, reviews, and suggestions. My goal was to blend clean UI design with useful features, making the site both informative and engaging for fellow movie lovers.
