Movie Mafia

Inspiration

I was playing a game with my friends last week and the concept was taking the game mafia and spyfall and combining them together. The game was pretty fun, but always one person had to sit out because they were the moderator, the one who assigned the roles and the movies. I wanted everyone to play, so I thought about making a code that makes the computer the moderator and chooses mafia and the movies.

What it does

It's a game based around a small group of players. Two random movies are chosen and every person gets the name of one of the two movies except for the mafia. The program basically outputs the two movies and every and chooses one person randomly out of the list of players to be the mafia.

How we built it

We used html5, CSS3, and Javascript to construct our website.

Challenges we ran into

Most of our team had no experience with html5, CSS3, and Javascript; thus, we had to learn on the "code".

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We were able to complete a demo of our website that showcases the purpose of our game.

What we learned

We learned to use html5, CSS3, and Javascript and the various responsibilities of working on a team. Each member played an essential role in this project which ultimately brought it to completion.
