Inspiration

Here in India, many states have less quantities of vaccines available. To give the people an upper edge we have created this web app which will notify them when the slots open.

What it does

It sends an sms to the user on the day the selected the slot to get vaccinated along with the hospitals/locaitons of their choice

How we built it

We built it using python (Flask and its derivatives like sqlalchemy, flask bootstrap, jinja) Used requests module to get data from the api

Challenges we ran into

Integrating everything and making sure the code runs fine

We are proud that we could work as a team and finish this project before deadline and we are happy to use this software to help others book their slots
