  1. On VCs front:
  2. We are raising 1M in total: 400k for public round, 200k private for KOLs, 200k in private for VCs, 200k in seed for Lead VCs
  3. Status:
    • 300k in public round confirmed with 3 launchpads (Binstarter, Enjinstarter, Pandora Digital) - we have 100k Public left
    • 100k in Seed confirmed - we have 100k Seed left
    • 200k in private confirmed - we have 200k left for VCs & KOLs/ communities
  4. Timeline: we planned to launch at the end of August but since we have a new CTO as mentioned above we are re-organizing our dev team to make a better product so might push back the IDO and listing Date. I will confirm with you asap on the timeline
  5. VCs and Backers: Metavasion, Auxillius (deal signed). Under negotiation with x21 Digital, XT.com, Huanyong Capital and 25fit

2.) on the launchpad front:

  • We have signed contracts with 3 launchpads: Binstarter, Enjinstarter, and Pandora Digital
  • We only have 100k left and looking for a launchpad that meets one out of 2 following criteria:
    • Their Brandname should be good for our branding - like Tier 1 Launchpad
    • They have good traffic => at least 100k visitors a month (according to Similarweb) - all our launchpad partners have more than 100k visitors a month => If we cannot find a suitable launchpad we will place 100k left to the Pinksale to take advantage of their monthly 8M traffic and cheap fee also

3.) On the listing front:

  • Thank you for highly evaluating our team and project. We definitely need to choose a great partner as Apeswap asap after finalizing our strategy. Can you help send me historic data on how effective the protocol work, how many users have joined, and how much extra liquidity have added to the DEX?
  • Just FYI, as of now the team is still working with another DEX partner and they even have a program to help spend some money adding LP with Moverse and lots of co-marketing support on their 400k monthly visitors at their site. So I think I need to bring more data from Apeswap to bring to the team to consider every potential exposure or opportunity.

4.) on the marketing front:

  • Wow, it is great to know you have a co-marketing campaign with us, so eager for the meeting.
  • Like every other campaign we would love to have more exposure, and more trust from the community if each of our partners highly recommended team Moverse (if possible)
  • I think we should start sharing announcements about a partnership as soon as we sign the contract with Apeswap. The marketing campaign should be aligned with our Big Plan to get the maximum efficiency
