💡 Inspiration

Every time I explain something, people hear me — but they don't see it. I wanted animations that match exactly what I'm saying, automatically. Tools like this don't exist for solo creators. So I built one.

🔨 What It Does

Motionify is a desktop AI studio (Mac + Windows) that turns raw video into cinematic animated content — automatically. Paste your topic, and Gemini generates synchronized GSAP animations, viral hooks, word-synced captions, AI-matched B-Roll, and a final exported video. No animation team. No editing skills. Just AI.

⚙️ How I Built It

Electron + React + TypeScript for the desktop app. Gemini API for transcription, animation generation, TTS, and B-Roll intelligence. GSAP for animations inside sandboxed iframes. FFmpeg for frame-by-frame compositing and final export. The hardest part — compositing HTML animations with video frames at 30fps — I built entirely from scratch.
