Inspiration
It is a motion detection system that can detect any motion near the system and then send an alert to a phone number using the TWILIO SMS API. It also saves the photo of the intruder using the camera onto an SD card inside the board.
What it does
It is mainly used to detect unwanted intruders through motion detection and then send alerts.
How we built it
We built it using ESP32 CAM board and then used the Twilio SMS API for sending alerts.
Challenges we ran into
Initially we faced some difficulties in integrating Twilio API with ESP32 CAM board, but we got it andfigured it out.
