Inspiration

Moth CV was inspired by the difficulty many job seekers face in creating professional CVs and preparing for interviews. We wanted to use AI to offer accessible, personalized career-building tools that boost confidence and improve outcomes.

What it does

Moth CV helps users build well-structured CVs using AI-driven content generation and prepares them for interviews through real-time, interactive mock interviews with tailored feedback.

How we built it

• Frontend: Next.js with Tailwind CSS for a clean, responsive interface
  
• Backend: Node.js and Express with mongodb for handling CV generation and interview simulations
• AI Integration: OpenAI APIs for natural language processing and content creation
  
• Deployment: Vercel for fast, scalable hosting
  

Challenges we ran into

Balancing AI-generated content with customization, ensuring dynamic interview responses, and deploying puppeter for pdf generation were our biggest hurdles.
