Morphé explores the mutability of identity when shaped by obsession. Inspired by the Ancient Greek word meaning “form” or “appearance,” the film follows a young woman whose bond with a snake grows unnaturally deep, causing her reality to unravel. It blurs the line between transformation and dissolution, revealing how intimacy can consume the self.
Created through a blend of human creativity and artificial intelligence, Morphé uses Midjourney for image generation, trained on a curated bank of our own photography to preserve authenticity, and Veo 3 and Kling AI to animate the stills into motion. The result is a surreal yet emotionally grounded world where digital and organic aesthetics merge seamlessly.
Our biggest challenge was maintaining emotional depth within an AI-driven workflow. We refined prompts and composition repeatedly to ensure the film felt alive and human, not algorithmic. The process taught us that working with AI isn’t about surrendering control but redefining it, treating technology as a creative partner rather than a tool.
Morphé stands as an experiment in digital metamorphosis, a collaboration between human intuition and machine imagination, and marks the beginning our exploration into the medium and its endless possibilities.
