Inspiration
Knowing the disparity between different aspects such as pay, opportunities, etc between men and women in the workforce, we aspired to mitigate this gap in at least one way. Our team decided to inspire confidence in young women to apply for roles they’re not fully qualified for.
What it does
Our website strives to provide a platform for young women to find encouragement all in one place. Instead of going to multiple different apps or websites, More Than Ready is a place where you can find it all: a resume reviewer, confidence survey, confidence coach, and journaling site.
How we built it
This project is built with react, node.js, and express.js framework.

What's next for More Than Ready
Our future plans include:
- Gamify applications with badges using MongoDB to boost engagement
- Add visuals to track job progress and confidence growth
- Provide recommended skill-building resources based on resume gaps
