Challenge:

Integrating analytics into the bar without compromising the bar experience

Solution:

Hardware- Adoption of a low friction sensor network, centered on the Weissbeerger system and the Smart Coaster
FOH Software- Integration of BetterBar Front-of-House Manager, which notifies wait staff of empty cups, warm drinks, user consumption, and ambient bar conditions
Owner App- Inclusion of bar experience data with the existing Weissbeerger app framework, comparison of successful bar conditions from other bars in the area and around the world.
