Inspiration

We were inspired by the excitement around market predictions especially after watching polymarket booming. Moraq Leagues aims to provide a fun and rewarding way for users to engage with the crypto ecosystem, combining market analysis with prediction gaming. We wanted to create a platform that challenges users to test their skills while offering valuable tools and rewards to boost their participation.

What it does

Moraq Gaming is a decentralized, multi-round prediction game built on the NEAR Protocol. Players predict whether the price of selected crypto tokens will rise or fall over a specific period. The game progressively increases in difficulty, offering larger rewards for each successful round. Users can enhance their chances by utilizing AI agents that generate token performance analyses. The platform also features lending and borrowing options, enabling users to stake more and earn additional rewards. Participants can also provide liquidity to the system, earning returns in the process.

How we built it

Why we call ourself a game- because we are asking users to participate in rounds where from a pool of We developed Moraq Gaming on the NEAR Protocol for its scalability and low transaction fees. The platform integrates smart contracts to manage predictions, reward distribution, and the lending/borrowing mechanism. We also incorporated AI-driven analytics using AI agents, allowing users to access detailed token performance insights. Also , worked on creating an intuitive UI to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for both new and experienced users. We have used masa to scrape social data especially from twitter to provide analytics.

Challenges we ran into

Building an engaging prediction game that balances fairness with progressive difficulty was a significant challenge. Ensuring the AI agents provided accurate and helpful analytics also required careful tuning. Additionally, integrating a decentralized lending/borrowing mechanism with staking and liquidity provision involved overcoming technical complexities to ensure smooth functionality.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

  1. As myself as a gambler , I bet strategically , and if I get analytics ,that would be a cherry on top of cake. Betting players play very strategically and are in wait for correct timings.
  2. what we understood was , this is very fast moving world and even betting space, we need to provide instant winnings to players for instant gratification. so We introduced rounds

What we learned

Building a decentralized game that appeals to both casual and serious crypto users is not really easy. We also gained valuable insights into leveraging AI for real-time crypto analysis. and a bot can really help and going forward introducing voice features with rigorously.

What's next for Moraq Gaming

Moving forward, we plan to expand Moraq Gaming with more game modes, allowing users to predict not just price movements but other crypto-related metrics.

  2. AI-driven insights tailored to each player’s history and style make predictions feel relevant and intuitive, building trust and confidence in every decision.Specially Curated predictions, keeping players informed and engaged.
  3. Structured leagues with weekly, monthly, and seasonal championships keep users motivated. Players compete for points, ranks, and exclusive rewards, adding a layer of friendly competition that boosts retention and excitement.

ultimately , we will try out different things , get user feedback and figure out product market fit. Partnerships with other DeFi platforms are also in the works, alongside a community-driven rewards system to further incentivize participation.
