Unfortunately I didn't finish the last few parts of the project (UI being one of them) but it was great fun for me to build a solution that I wish existed before. When I moved recently being scammed was one of mine greatest worries. With such a solution I would be much more confident that the agreement between me and thee landlord would always proceed without any issues. :D
