The idea came from talking to a lot of real project managers about what frustrates them the most. The biggest issue is all the repetitive, manual work that takes time away from actually doing meaningful work. Things like creating tickets, setting reminders, and following up.

My approach to solving this is an ambient AI, inspired by how AI is used in healthcare. It works quietly alongside professionals without needing constant input. It just does its thing, and so does Moonshot. It can create meetings, reminders, and update tickets by analyzing your chats. And if something looks off, you still have full control with a clean, simple interface and a clear decision history.
