What it is
Moon Gate is a jigsaw race. A person and an AI look at the same table and seat pieces onto one painting. Whoever seats more pieces wins.
Why WebMCP
The page registers named tools on document.modelContext. The tools expose piece labels and movement. They do not return homes or a solved layout. The agent has to judge placement from the same picture the person sees.
On boot, document.modelContext.registerTool for list_controls, enter_play, list_pieces, get_score, select_piece, rotate_piece, move_piece, nudge_piece, join_pair, select_painting, set_piece_count. If modelContext is missing, the table still runs locally. Judges: ChatGPT in-app browser or Chrome 149+ with chrome://flags/#enable-webmcp-testing.
How people and agents work together
The person drags and rotates pieces. The AI uses tools as hands on the same screen. Previously an agent either got the answer key or could not play. Here both solve the visible picture.
