ONe of the biggest challenges developing this experience is emotional: keeping the cozy Moomin magic while we battle all these technical and UX problems. Every time we optimize or cut something for performance or comfort, we have to ask:
“Does this still feel like Moominvalley?”
Balancing VR rules, hardware limits, and storytelling has been one of the hardest – and most rewarding – parts of the project.
