Inspiration
Being a student we know what kind of stress and anxiety students go through, so we thought to build this project where students with high anxiety who needs therapy could monitor their daily life's mood.
What it does
MoodKalender is a platform where people can enter their current mood and show graphs and analyzes them.
How we built it
MoodKalender is built on the MERN stack using Auth0 as the authentication service and chartJS to show charts.
Challenges we ran into
Our team is pretty new to the MERN stack but we were determined to build this project to make ourselves learn more in a short period of time. We had trouble in building the server at first but after googling and watching tutorials we finally built it. There was also some problem in merging requests as there were many conflicts but we did it. We could not host it because it was our first time and we tried.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
We are proud that what we had in our minds is now in front of our eyes working!
What we learned
We learned how to use the MERN stack and how to integrate Auth0 in the project and collaborative coding. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1dDgUJZoQfbib0Smozmd2rzzCmUQK2X4U?usp=share_link
What's next for MoodKalender
We want to add more analysis like weekly charts, and an AI assistant to assist them with any help.
