Inspiration

The best way to cope up with Mental Illness is to listen to music. But sometimes it's hard to get the music that suits your mood.

What it does

Moodify is a platform that plays a song/playlist according to your mood to make you feel better, and also gathering data that can be used by government officials so that they can know in which area they need to work on and it also ensuring privacy.

How we built it

Frontend: HTML, CSS Js Backend: Node Js Database: Mongo DB

Challenges we ran into

One of the biggest challenges was the data concern, which was eventually managed to achieve success by not taking any sensitive data from users.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

1) It was the first time I am using Mongo DB for the first time for such a project. 2) I have created an entire, fully-fledged web application in a tiny fraction of the time which is usually required for such projects alone.

What we learned

1) Using Mongo DB as the main database. 3) Using GitHub and its many features to their fullest potential

What's next for Modify

1) Adding more fields for the survey 2) Data privacy
