Inspiration

The inspiration behind this was I wanted to learn how to use tensorflow and NLP "seemed" simple enough.

What it does

When you put text into the code, it will tell you the sentiment of it, whether it's positive or negative.

How we built it

I used tensorflow and python to create the notebook and used some libraries like NLTK.

Challenges we ran into

I couldn't figure out how to actually have people insert their own text in...

Accomplishments that we're proud of

I figured out how to use classes in python and used it to make a big class of functions to preprocess the data.

What we learned

Training data for machine learning takes a long time.

What's next for MoodAF

Fix the text input and then turn it into a website where a user can enter text and see the output.
