Inspiration
The inspiration for Mood Care came from seeing the emotional challenges that students face daily—academic pressure, personal struggles, burnout, and lack of emotional support. Many feel stressed or overwhelmed but rarely track how they feel or seek guidance. We wanted to create a simple, stigma-free solution that helps students reflect on their mood and take small positive actions every day.
What it does
MoodCare is a digital mood-tracking app where students can: Select how they feel each day (Happy, Fine, Tired, Stressed) Receive instant suggestions, wellness tips, and motivational quotes View their mood history through charts Build healthy study and self-care habits over time It provides emotional awareness and daily support in a quick, accessible format.
How we built it
We built MoodCare as a no-code project using Base44, enabling rapid development without programming. Key steps: Designed UI screens with mood buttons Created a database to store mood entries with timestamps Added automated workflows that trigger suggestions based on mood selected Built a dashboard to view historical mood trends Published the prototype and shareable demo link
