Monkey Code

Inspiration

We wanted to create a project which would parse Scratch Drag and Drop code into actual Java code but it turns out that was already done. Instead, we scrapped it and choose to display code examples for basic concepts in programming.

What it does

Displays code examples for basic concepts in programming.

How I built it

We used React and Semantic UI to create the project.

Challenges I ran into

The main thing was that we had to scrap the entire thing halfway through because we discovered that the original idea had already been done.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

What I learned

We got a lot more experience with using GitHub.

What's next for Monkey Code

We would like to try to implement the feature to download or compile the code to run in the browser.
