The finance track prizes were the true inspiration to come up with an idea.
What it does
It classifies whether a financial/banking related call is a scam or not.
How we built it
Built it with React, FastAPI, ElevenLabs, Gemini, and wav2vec2 model.
Challenges we ran into
Live audio testing failed due to audio disruption and poor audio receiving, therefore, resorting to audio script generation and plugging.
Accomplishments that we're proud of
Refactoring an integral part of the codebase, nearing submission time.
What we learned
Training datasets should be the first priority.
What's next for MoneySpeaks
Live audio detection, mode fine-tuning, and adapting to customer behavior (widening scope for older demographic)
