Inspiration

Managing money is overwhelming for most people today.

Between UPI payments, subscriptions, savings goals, investments, loans, and daily expenses, people often lose track of where their money goes and struggle to make confident financial decisions.

We wanted to build something beyond a traditional expense tracker — an AI-powered financial companion that understands user behavior, predicts risks, and helps users improve their financial habits over time.

MoneyMind was created to simplify financial decision-making and make financial awareness more accessible, practical, and personalized.

MoneyMind is an AI-powered financial assistant that helps users:

Challenges I ran into

🧠 Financial behavior modeling

It was difficult to make AI responses feel realistic, practical, and personalized instead of generic financial advice.

📄 Transaction analysis

Extracting useful financial patterns from raw transaction data required building custom categorization and aggregation logic.

🎯 Balancing realism & simplicity

We wanted predictions and simulations to feel intelligent while still remaining understandable for everyday users.

🔒 User trust

Handling financial data responsibly and creating a safe demo mode experience was important for user confidence.
