Inspiration

The biggest challenge for budding investors is balancing their portfolio in a better way. The amount of information in the current market are not very judgmental. So, they are not able to judge proper investment philosophies in an investment portfolio. People are looking for simple and cost effective solution.

What it does

We are providing proper risk assessment which helps to understand one's financial stability. Advices the right investment model based on risk assessment and also provides recommendations based on risk appetite. Provides information on different financial instruments based on the profile chosen or recommended.

How we built it

We are giving better recommendations for portfolio management and providing proper risk assessment based on which client can take a call, whether to go with recommendation or choose their own portfolio. If they need any recommendation / information, we are providing the same. We have used Microsoft PowerApps for designing the application. The inbuild functionalities of PowerApps were really useful and ease to use with limited coding skills.

Challenges we ran into

In initial stage, we faced challenge in freezing parameters and finalizing the logic for identification of the user's risk profile. After researches, we concluded with only 3 parameters for demo application.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

In the given short tenure, we have built the working application which explains our complete ideology. With the knowledge on the quality control, we believe that, we have constructed a better product with our basic development skills. We are proud and happy to submit the working prototype for Hackathon.

What we learned

MoneyByte project team learnt the life cycle of application from the development perspective and it helps us in the career as well.

What's next for MoneyByte

We have an idea to incorporate Banking, Expenditure Management and Taxation in MoneyByte to produce a one stop solution for all the Monetary needs.
