What it does

Mondongo_Ilyas allows users to scan a QR code to quickly access an interactive platform. Through this platform, users can:

• View relevant medical information.
  
• Locate the nearest medical centers.
  
• Access personalized health-based recommendations.
  
• Provide tailored recommendations for the healthcare professional attending to the user.
  
• Track symptoms over time.
  

How we built it

We developed the solution using:

• HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for the web interface.
  
• OpenStreetMap and the Nominatim API to locate nearby medical centers.
  
• Python and Flask to process data and act as the backend.
  
• Straico API, specifically Anthropic Claude 3.5 Sonnet, to generate personalized medical recommendations.
  
• Collaborative design tools to brainstorm and prototype ideas effectively.
  

Challenges we ran into

• Correctly integrating the OpenStreetMap API with our geolocation system.
  
• Ensuring the generated information was accurate and useful for users.
  
• Managing time effectively during the hackathon to implement all desired features.
