Inspiration: I was inspired by the genuine call for action to save our national environment by sustaining the population of monarch butterflies.

What it does: The coding section parses through data that is listed on another website and represents that given data in a bar graph format for readers to have a general understanding of the monarch butterfly's patterns and they end up making a correlation by viewing the map about pesticides generated by the CODEAP website.

How we built it: We built our project using VS code, CODEAP, and Excel sheet where all three of them helped us parse through large amounts of data which enabled us to come up with data correlations with each other and help us come to an educated conclusion.

Challenges we ran into: We came up with challenges related to downloading the right libraries in our local machines like VS Code and many troubles with Excel Sheets as I did not have prior experience in Excel sheets.

Accomplishments that we're proud of: We individually finished each challenge criteria in the beginners Track.

What we learned: We have learned that we have to come up with a proper idea and structure to follow, especially for projects related to Data science.

What's next for Monarch Metrics: After we learn more about Data Science, we would like to come up with a proper solution without being limited by any challenge criteria and genuinely make an effort to create a better environment for monarch butterflies to thrive in.
