At KeelWorks, we have a small volunteer base recruiting volunteers. They are a small team recruiting for diverse roles. We wanted to automate the process for KeelWorks and other small to medium size firms and increase efficiency
What it does
You provide the job description and the resume and Monalisa will provide you with a Fit Analysis, Details about the Candidate not in the Resume and a list of follow on questions

What's next for MonaLisa
We want to make this into a service that can be called by any application We want to add a predictive model on what motivates this candidate (pay vs growth)
