I love home made cook, during small functions at home I wish to cook ,but it is really very difficult as I have to cook in large amounts. I don't want to buy the food from restaurants which I feel is contaminated and also high price. So I felt I want home made food with low price where I can also bargain. So I came up with this idea.

This provides platform for people to buy the food online. The other feature is it helps users especially home makers to start entrepreneurship by selling home made food.

We used bootstrap,html, css and java script for front end development. When user registers, they have to go through email verification. Password reset option is also provided. We used django for backend development. We have developed models for various fields like registration , add items to database , add to cart, checkout. we have external service paypal api for payment gateway. To verify user we take their aadhar information and do a background check from server side.

When a user registers for being a chef he/she needs to be verified whether they are trust-worthy or not. Initially we faced challenge in validation for chefs, later we fixed it by collecting appropriate details. The other challenge is the website is limited to only one city. We would like to extend this to all cities.

we are glad to start working with web development projects and being able to come up with an idea and successfully executing it. Learning is a never ending process and we are happy that we are increasing our knowledge day by day. This is the starting point and there is a long way to go. Through workshop Building an AWS-powered Web App with AWS Amplify we have learnt how to deploy our website too. We are currently working on it. We also learnt Intro to Javascript.

We learned how to work with django-rest-framework for creating API's and integrating other services with our website. We got to know to work with database and handle errors.

We are planning to extend our project by adding some features like hiring volunteer who are willing to work for small events at home. The other one is to act as volunteer . Using this platform users can register and start searching for small part-time jobs.
