In today's fast-paced, distraction-filled world, we feel that staying committed to learning is incredibly challenging. With tons of short-term distractions like Tiktok, Instagram, Youtube, growth and skill development can be side lined. was born from the desire to change this—to provide a powerful, yet simple tool to help individuals stay accountable and consistent with their learning goals. We believe that true progress is built daily, and Momentum AI ensures that users have all the tools for success.

What it Does

is more than just a learning assistant, it's a partner. It generates a custom daily learning plan, tracks your progress with a streak system, and gives gentle reminders on distracting websites to keep you focused. The goal is to help users build and sustain momentum while learning.

How We Built It

We approached this project with functionality and user experience in mind:

Frontend: We used HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, to provide a smooth and intuitive user experience and integrate a Chrome
AI: The core of our learning plans are powered by ai, which provides dynamic and personalized learning suggestions.
Video Resources: Integrated with Rapid API to display relevant YouTube videos on our dashboard to supplement learning topics.

Challenges We Ran Into

Building Momentum AI wasn't challenge free. Our biggest challenge was integrating the Gemini API to ensure that the outputs were relevant and personalized. Balancing technical complexity with an amazing user experience also pushed us to find innovative solutions.

Accomplishments We're Proud Of

We take immense pride in the dashboard, generate feature, and polished landing page. Seeing all these elements come together was incredibly rewarding and every piece of it reflects our dedication to providing the best for our users.

This was a great experience to exercise our leadership and cooperation skills. All of us provided suggestions and cooperated on this project. We are proud of ourselves for fostering an amazing team environment where we all felt comfortable sharing ideas and collaborating together.

What We Learned

This journey taught us the importance of collaboration and organization. We learned to balance technical responsibilities while making sure everyone's input was valued. More than that, we learned how to manage complex integrations and create a product that is both functional and user-centric.
