Inspiration

Moment Gala was inspired by a simple frustration: early‑stage founders weren’t failing because their ideas lacked potential, but because their stories were never fully seen. Pitch decks froze a startup in time, investor updates were scattered across chats and emails, and progress lived in places no investor ever visited. The real journey of a startup — the momentum, the breakthroughs, the grit — was invisible. Moment Gala emerged from the desire to give founders a stage where their story could finally breathe, evolve, and be experienced as it unfolds.

What it does

Moment Gala transforms a startup’s narrative into an immersive digital roadshow. Instead of relying on static decks, founders build evolving storytelling environments where their idea, progress, team, and commitments come together in one place. Investors can follow the journey in real time, revisit milestones, and engage through legally‑binding digital commitments that move forward without handling financial transactions. Moment Gala becomes the living home of a startup’s story — dynamic, transparent, and built for momentum.

How I built it

Moment Gala was built by rethinking fundraising from the ground up. I designed a platform where storytelling is structured, progress is visible, and investor engagement feels natural. The architecture supports evolving campaigns, real‑time updates, and digital commitment workflows that stay outside crowdfunding regulations. Every feature — from roadshow formats to founder timelines — was crafted to make fundraising feel less like a pitch and more like a narrative. The platform grew piece by piece, always guided by the belief that founders deserve a better way to be understood. I used Google AI Studio, Flutter, Resend for emails, Gemini App, Google Cloud SQL databases, Google Flow to create some design inspirations, installed the platform antigravity and made some tests.

Challenges I ran into

I did not have enough AI tokens while building the product, also UI and UX of the product to make it easy to understand and to use.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

I’m proud that Moment Gala introduces a new category of fundraising — one that replaces pitch decks with living digital roadshows. I’m proud that founders can finally share their progress in a way investors can actually follow. And I’m proud that the platform enables serious investor commitments without triggering crowdfunding regulations. Moment Gala feels like a tool that genuinely empowers founders, not just another place to upload a deck. It gives them visibility, clarity, and a narrative that grows with them. I published the platform itself as a campaign that can benefit while being developed.

What I learned

I learned more tools from the Google environment for software and product development. Related to the produt, building Moment Gala taught me that storytelling is the most underrated force in fundraising. When founders communicate clearly and consistently, investors understand them faster, trust them more, and stay engaged longer. I learned that progress needs a home, not a scattered trail of updates. And I learned that founders crave structure — not to limit their creativity, but to amplify it. The journey showed me that fundraising isn’t just about capital; it’s about narrative, momentum, and connection.

What's next for Moment Gala

The next chapter is about deepening the platform’s power. I will integrate an official legal digital signing solution so founders can move forward with investment commitments through SAFEs or other formal agreements. This will allow roadshows to evolve from storytelling environments into actionable fundraising workflows. I will also introduce email notifications for every milestone, achievement, or new campaign published on the platform, ensuring investors stay connected to the founder’s journey in real time. Moment Gala will continue expanding into a fully immersive ecosystem where storytelling, progress, and commitments flow seamlessly together.
