Inspiration

The inspiration for momcord was to build a fun project, so outlandish that it would turn into something someone might actually use.

What it does

If you are in a Discord server with the bot and registered as a willing participant, 1% of all discord messages you send will be sent to your mother.

How we built it

We built it using DiscordJS, ExpressJS, and React, and Twilio.

We were able to use the twilio API to send a customised text to the correct phone numbers/

What's next for Momcord

Expanding to grandmas, dads, and grandpas, all for a low monthly fee of $10.99, as well as DM tracking.
