Helping Moms Return to Work!

Motivation

"Mother" (What better word for a motivation! ;-) A caregiver, motivator, protector, listener, teacher and the list goes on.... yet when she decides to re-enter the workforce, why is it that most of our super-heroes fall under-confident, in-secure and superdoubdtful in this fast phased life? We being mothers ourselves facing the above challenge decided to build a solution for our own problem statement with a hope that this platform would also reach out for more mothers out there wanting to get back to the workforce more efficiently.

What we do

Providing all resourceful helps that any mom needs to be able to return to work. The helps cover career coaching, filling gaps in CV, improving appearance, upgrading skills, peer-to-peer mentoring, volunteering, and jobs opportunities at women-friendly companies.

How we built it

We collect those information in meta portal for example the job vacancies, skill requirements for each job type, and training opportunities. We make use of Natural language processing AI model technique called as cosine similarity that helps to get the cosine similarity between two text. The similarity helps to connect the clients with the right information residing in our large metaportal.
