Inspiration
As a current Chemistry student, I thought it'd be useful to build a tool to make the calculations easier. After all, typing scientific notation into a calculator is only asking you to make mistakes.
What it does
MoleMachine has two functions. It converts Moles to Atoms and vice versa.
How I built it
I used HTML5 and CSS3 to create the website, with the addition of JavaScript to complete the calculations.
Challenges I ran into
Nothing huge. Mostly had issues with the design of the website, e.g. centering different elements.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
It works! Honestly, that's all I can ask for.
What I learned
I learned that implementing JavaScript into HTML5 is a lot easier than I ever thought it to be.
What's next for MoleMachine
Possibly adding a few new features to increase its capability.
