Inspiration

As we know that molecules plays major role on earth.While studying about molecules, we need study on molecules structures.If two structures are similar, that means they are similar in nature.

What it does

The aim of this project is to find two molecules structures are isomorphic or not.

How we built it

We created an algorithm to find two molecules structures are isomorphic or not.We use Flask framework to build web application.

Challenges we ran into

As we creating an algorithm for isomorphism, first we created a brute force algorithm.Later we used backtracking algorithm.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

We successfully created a isomorphism algorithm and deployed in web application.

What we learned

We learned graphs and backtracking method.

What's next for Molecular-Structure-Isomorphism

For the future work,We would like to add some more components of molecules.
