MOI use WILL SDK for web, It can run on web and all Cordova platforms that support WebGL : see https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/latest/guide/support/index.html for all supported platforms. Android native and plugin is to get S Pen pressure event. to cordova/Phonegap. For all other platforms and Android without S Pen it will use WILL speed rendering and smoothing feature.
