MoE Phishing Test

Inspiration

We were driven by the cybersecurity axiom that "people are the weakest link." While organizations invest heavily in firewalls and endpoint protection, the most devastating breaches often start with a single, well-crafted email. We wanted to move beyond generic phishing templates and simulate a Mixture of Experts (MoE) attack vector—where specialized AI agents collaborate (reconnaissance, psychological profiling, and payload creation) to stress-test an organization's human defenses. Our goal was not just to trick users, but to demonstrate how easily vulnerabilities can be exploited when AI is weaponized, thereby helping organizations build better resilience.
