ModSync

ModSync is a realtime collaborative moderation triage dashboard built on Devvit Web that eliminates "Modmail Collisions" — the problem where multiple moderators unknowingly work on the same ticket simultaneously.

CORE CAPABILITIES:

LIVE PRESENCE TRACKING: When a moderator opens any ticket, every other mod sees a real-time indicator showing who is viewing or typing on that ticket. Powered by Devvit Realtime channels (connectRealtime/realtime.send).
ATOMIC COLLISION GUARD: Uses Redis watch/multi/exec transactions for optimistic locking. If two mods click "Resolve" at the same millisecond, only one action executes — the other receives an instant collision alert. Zero data corruption guaranteed.
AI-POWERED TRIAGE (Google Gemini): Every incoming modmail and report is analyzed by Gemini 2.0 Flash, producing severity scores (0-100), intent classification, risk factors, and suggested actions. Cached in Redis with 1-hour TTL.
AUTOMATED TRIGGER PIPELINE: Four Devvit triggers (onModMail, onPostReport, onPostDelete, onCommentDelete) automate ticket creation and enforce data ephemerality — all AI data is purged when content is deleted.
PREMIUM DASHBOARD: Dark-mode glassmorphism React UI with severity color-coding, filter controls, AI context panels, real-time stats bar, toast notifications, responsive mobile layout, and demo data seeder.

Configure Gemini API key in Settings (optional)
