🌟 Project Story: Lunora – AI Agentic Fashion Experience

🧵 About the Project

Lunora is an imaginary fashion brand that has thrived in the industry for over 15 years. It has always embraced change—moving from offline retail to online commerce. As the digital world now shifts toward intelligent automation and AI-driven user journeys, we envisioned Lunora’s next leap:
Transforming into an AI-agentic e-commerce platform.

We wanted to explore how AI agents could provide a more intuitive, personalized, and immersive shopping experience for users—beyond just chatbots.

💡 What Inspired Us

We were inspired by:

  • The rapid evolution of conversational AI and agentic workflows
  • The desire to bridge gaps between users, commerce, and internal operations
  • Brands that integrate AI not just for support but as co-pilots in the shopping journey

🛠️ How We Built It

We designed and implemented three interconnected AI agents to serve different user touchpoints:

  1. On-Page AI Agent (Website Bot):

    • Page context awareness
    • On-page redirection capabilities
    • Natural language-based product navigation and support

  2. WhatsApp AI Agent:

    • Personalized product recommendations based on user preferences
    • Order tracking and basic FAQs

  3. Slack AI Agent (Internal Bot):

    • Sales and inventory queries for internal teams
    • Direct cross-channel communication (e.g., message from Slack to Viber)

We used platforms and APIs like:

  • Salesforce Agentforce
  • OpenAI APIs
  • WhatsApp Business API
  • Slack SDK

⚙️ Challenges We Faced

  • Managing context switching across agents without confusing the user
  • Seamless handoff between bots on different platforms
  • Injecting agent logic into web interfaces for on-page actions
  • Ensuring real-time, secure communication between Slack and external platforms like Viber

🎓 What We Learned

  • The true power of agentic experiences lies in blending intelligence with action—not just chat
  • Personalization must be contextual, real-time, and multi-platform
  • AI agents can be powerful co-creators of user journeys, not just responders

We loved building Lunora—where fashion meets futuristic tech.
This project pushed us to think bigger, build smarter, and design for tomorrow’s users.
