Managing school operations using paper registers and disconnected systems is time-consuming, error-prone, and inefficient. We were inspired to build Modern Attendance & School System to provide schools with a single, digital platform that simplifies attendance, student records, staff management, and fee handling—while keeping parents and students informed in real time.

Modern Attendance & School System is a complete Learning & School Management solution designed for modern educational institutions. It offers: 🎓 Student & Class Management – Manage students, classes, sections, and academic records 👨‍🏫 Staff Management – Track teachers, assigned subjects, and roles ✅ Advanced Attendance System – QR Code scanning, manual attendance, leave requests, and late marking 📊 Reports & Analytics – Attendance and fee reports with PDF download support 💳 Complete Fees Management – Fee invoices, receipts, and payment tracking ✉ SMS & Email Notifications – Automatic alerts for parents and students 🌐 Student Portal – Secure login for students to view attendance, personal details, and download ID cards All school operations are managed from one reliable and easy-to-use platform.

The system was built using modern, scalable web technologies: React for a fast and interactive user interface TypeScript for type safety and maintainable code Firebase Authentication for secure user login Firebase Firestore for real-time database management QR Code integration for quick and accurate attendance PDF generation tools for downloadable reports and invoices The architecture focuses on modular components, clean UI/UX, and real-time data synchronization.
