Let every employee be heard.

Anonymous feedback tools help employees express their feedback honestly and earnestly. However, fully anonymous forums aren't necessarily constructive - without the ability to moderate what content is displayed, tools for employee feedback can quickly turn into sources of harassment and intimidation.

Mochi changes that by introducing a comment filter - a random sampling of members on your team - who 'vote' on whether or not a submission is constructive.

If the majority vote yes, the comment is posted. If the majority vote no, the comment is sent back to its poster for revision.
