Mobile Number Generator

Inspiration

I was learning HTML, CSS and JS and wanted to build something but did not have a specific idea in mind, looking at the challenge on GHW to build a random number generator, inspired me to build something creative that is related to random number generation.

What it does

This site generates a random mobile number specific to the countries within the Indian subcontinent along with the proper prefixes, number of digits and International Calling Code with a copy-to-clipboard feature.

How we built it

I built this using HTML, CSS and Javascript.

Challenges we ran into

At first, I did not understand how to implement the copy on the click function but later with the help of google, I managed to do it.

What we learned

I learned about the International Calling Codes of different countries and how to implement the copy-to-clipboard function in Javascript.

What's next for Mobile Number Generator

I plan to make the code more standardized and add more countries.
