Inspiration
No simple and quick personal Accounting Application so far on the market.
What it does
Paper Receipts can be scanned, so that the data does not have to be entered manually. On the same time the data should get evaluated and not just presented in diagrams but also give advices on how to safe more money.
How I built it
With ionic and google vision
Challenges I ran into
Combination of AJAX calls and ionic/Angular2. The context got lost and it was difficult to get the Google Vision response to appear within the app.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
Having an App with a very high accuracy in text scanning.
What I learned
A lot about Javascript.
What's next for Mobile Accounting
Finishing all functions and making them stable so we can use the App for own Accounting purposes.
The uploaded files are only the self written src files. In order to work they must be integrated into the ionic framework combinend with several node_modules which have exceeded the Uploadlimit.
