🌟 Inspiration

International recruitment is often plagued by "generic" outreach and a lack of transparency. For the Toronto–GCC–EU–Turkey Corridor, we realized that high-stakes sectors require a higher standard of B2B engagement. We built GlobalPath Kaseddie Agent to humanize AI and ensure every recruitment proposal is backed by a verified, "Stage 4" vetted workforce from Uganda, fully compliant with international labor standards.

🚀 What it does

GlobalPath Kaseddie Agent is an AI-powered B2B command center. It identifies international job vacancies and utilizes the Kaseddie Hunter AI to draft sophisticated, high-conversion proposals.

  • Legal Intelligence: Grounded in a massive knowledge base of labor laws from Uganda, Canada, the EU, UAE, Turkey, and Qatar.
  • Global Scraping Hub: Powered by Apify, our system tracks live vacancies across Canada, UAE, UK, and the USA.
  • Ethical Guardrails: Using DigitalOcean's GenAI Guardrails, we have hard-coded ethical constraints. The agent is strictly prohibited from drafting proposals that bypass "Zero-Fee" mandates or ignore local labor protections.
  • Infrastructure: Domain and email security are anchored by Namecheap for professional deliverability.

🛠️ How we built it

We utilized the DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI Platform to orchestrate our agentic workflows. By leveraging the Gradient ADK (Agent Development Kit), we moved beyond simple prompt-response cycles into a structured Agent Workspace named Global-Labor-Operations.

This setup allows the Kaseddie Hunter to perform complex "traces" and "evaluations" of labor laws across 6+ jurisdictions before a single B2B proposal is finalized. Our technical stack includes:

  • Intelligence Layer: DigitalOcean Gradient™ AI Platform & Agent Workspaces.
  • Scraping Engine: Apify for real-time market data extraction.
  • Frontend: React + Vite with TypeScript for a high-performance HR Portal.
  • Identity: Namecheap PrivateEmail and DNS for SMTP security.

🧠 Challenges we ran into

The biggest hurdle was the "Handshake" between our international data scrapers and the legal knowledge base. We had to ensure the AI could differentiate between a "USA Healthcare" lead and a "Qatar Construction" lead, adjusting its tone and compliance language (like housing and food allowance requirements in the GCC) instantly within the Gradient workspace.

🏆 Accomplishments that we're proud of

We are incredibly proud of the "Gradient AI" Technical Edge. The use of the Gradient ADK allows us to manage the entire lifecycle of the recruitment agent—from initial lead ingestion to final proposal evaluation. By integrating Knowledge Bases directly into the agentic workflow, the Kaseddie Hunter doesn't just "generate text"; it performs Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to ensure every pitch is factually accurate and legally sound.

📖 What we learned

We learned that in global recruitment, Compliance is the best Feature. By hard-coding labor laws into our Guardrails, we realized we could create an AI that doesn't just work faster, but works safer. We also mastered the integration of the Gradient ADK to move from basic chatbots to true "Agentic Workflows."

🏗️ What's next for GlobalPath Kaseddie Agent

The "Hunter" is growing. Our roadmap includes expanding into Denmark and additional European corridors, while integrating real-time "Worker Vetting" status updates directly from our database into the AI-generated proposals.
