Hi, I am Mmesoma Onwusika. A rising college sophomore. I am originally from Lagos, Nigeria but I currently school in the US. Get to know me and my software engineering journey through my portfolio.

Inspiration

I am looking to apply for internships for next summer and having a strong portfolio would be a good advantage. This led to me committing to create one that showcases me and my programming journey.

What it does

It showcases who I am, my interests and my growth. It shows the projects I have made and projects I plan to make.

How we built it

I firstly created and decided on the color scheme. Then I made decisions regarding the themes of each page and the individual looks.

Challenges we ran into

It was hard to get the map feature to work smoothly. I wanted it to look and do certain things. It was also difficult to ensure that the themes and pages flow smoothly.

Accomplishments that we're proud of

It working and being done this summer.

What we learned

I learnt Javascript to a level a did not know before. The value of fully thinking out the idea and content before starting.

What's next for Mmesoma Onwusika Portfolio

I want it to be more mobile responsive. While some features show on all devices not all features work.
