Inspiration & About the Project
Here my inspiration to conduct such a program so as to filter an image by adding contrast and blurring of an image using Fourier Transform to convert the domains of the image and pixelation using Hadamard and Walsh transform. I have also created Filtering on basis of removing low pixelated values and high pixelated values of the image.
